Warner/Chappell Production Music honored at 2017 Mark Awards

LOS ANGELES — Warner/Chappell Production Music (www.warnerchappellpm.com) and partner catalogue Cute Music Library took home two trophies at the 2017 Mark Awards, held recently at the Production Music Conference in Hollywood. The third annual awards recognized both track and usage categories.
 
"Our talented and passionate teams behind these winning tracks make us very proud to receive these honors at the 2017 Mark Awards," says Bryan Hofheins, chief creative officer. "This is a win for our entire worldwide team, who work from the creation of the composition all the way through to licensing.” 
 


Warner/Chappell Production Music won “Best Production Music Track - Orchestral” for 
the Adventure of a Lifetime track by composer Colleen Sharmat. The track is part of the Scoring Stage catalogue. Cute Music Library’s Fairy Dust track won “Best Usage of Production Music - In a Theatrical/Video Game Trailer.” The track was composed by Bruce Hall and used in the Mad Max: Fury Road trailer.
