Laundry helps Fox Sports light up MLB's All-Star Game

LOS ANGELES — Laundry (www.laundrymat.tv) recently created an energetic series of videos and graphics for Fox Sports that helped promote the 2019 MLB All-Star Game. The videos use a light-writing style of animation that creates the look of neon in motion - all based around the action of the game.

A :30 hero spot featured some of the league’s top players, helping to kick off the campaign. The studio also created a :20 player profile spot, as wel as in-game elements designed totease the All-Star Game on Fox Sports.
 
Laundry’s PJ Richardson and Tony Liu served as executive creative directors on the campaign, which was created using a combination of Adobe After Effects and Premiere, and Maxon Cinema 4D. Justin Freedman, Lin Wilde, Josh Sneider, Michael Leary and Graham Rich edited the campain, which was mixed and sound designed by Devin Hoffman. Designers included Chris Murray, Freda Lau, Yongmin Park, Sijia Huang and Kenny Routt. Animators in the project included Samantha Maurer, Yongmin Park, Teppei Maki, Stephanie Simpson, Daniel Miller, Shervin Etaat and Michelleanne Grepo.
