STUDIOSUITE8 HELPS PROS MANAGE THEIR FACILITY

BURBANK, CA – Altermedia was at the AES show with StudioSuite8 (www.studiosuite.com), a studio management application that runs on both Mac and Windows operating systems.

The application’s Events module helps studio owners keep track of sessions, automatically generating the necessary paperwork. The Library module logs and stores the contents of all reels and hard drives in a searchable database. The Titles & Tracks module can be used to create track sheets, take sheets, storyboards and can also record snippets of audio or video. The Recall module has drawings of more than 140 commonly-used pieces of audio gear as well as accommodations for recording settings, patches and other notes. Audio samples and video clips can be tracked in the Samples & Clips module.

The application also offers a maintenance log for keeping tabs of service and repairs, a patchbay label maker, and facilities for rates, invoices, calendars and project tracking.
