FAST CUTS REPRESENTING EDITOR WALTER MAY

DALLAS – Fast Cuts (www.fastcuts.tv) is now representing Walter May as part of the company’s staff of editors. The move to Fast Cuts marks May’s return to the Dallas market following a move to the Los Angeles area.

May is a Texas native who’s worked on music video projects for Green Day, David Banner and Pennywise. His commercial clients have included Chevrolet, Honda, Jaguar and McDonald’s.
“I believe Fast Cuts’ warm, collaborative, creative environment will give me a chance to really rock,” says May. “The move to the West Coast has given me a great deal of experience in a short time, but it will be wonderful to be back in Texas working with a shop that has a great reputation and loyal following like Fast Cuts.”

Fast Cuts was founded in 1991 by editor Richard Gillespie. The studio features three Avid Adrenaline suites for creative editorial, as well as two Avid|DS suites and a Discreet Smoke/Fire system for finishing in both SD and HD. Avid Unity links the suites to 6TB of storage. The studio is also home to five graphics workstations and two Digidesign Pro Tools|HD suites for recording, sound design and mixing.
