NEIL GUST TO OPERATE OUTSIDE'S NEW FINAL CUT SUITE

NEW YORK - Editor Neil Gust has joined the SOHO-based editorial/design/VFX house, Outside Editorial (www.outsideedit.com). Gust brings with him heavy musical influences, being a life-long musician and having played with the bands Heatmiser and No. 2. He also spent time at Portland, OR-based creative studio Johnson & Wolverton, working first in print and later in video.

For eight years Gust honed his skills as editor and graphics animator at Johnson & Wolverton, working on a projects for the likes of The Sundance Channel, Showtime, BBC, Food Network and Comedy Central.

Earlier this year Gust moved to New York where he took on a number of freelance jobs, including Euro RSCG Fuel's Jaguar campaign, which he worked on with Outside's editing and design teams. Outside editor/founder Scott Gaillard was so impressed with his talents and contributions to the project that he asked him to join Outside Editorial's staff.
Gust will man Outside's new Apple Final Cut Pro room.
