GAMELAB & CURIOUS PICTURES FORM GAMING PARTNERSHIP

NEW YORK – Game development company GameLab (www.gamelab.com) has entered into an agreement with mixed media production company Curious Pictures (www.curiouspictures.com) to partner on the creative development and production of downloadable online games. The companies’ first joint project will be a game tentatively titled Brenda’s Brain.

The game will be distributed by GameLab as part of its new game publishing initiative. Curious Pictures, with its relationships in advertising and entertainment, will be extending the game’s characters and storyline to a variety of other media.

GameLab is the developer of Diner Dash and Subway Scramble two successful games that are sold on the Internet and downloaded onto players’ personal computers.
Curious Pictures is well known for its animation work in advertising, television programming and broadcast design. Its hit TV series for the preschool set, Little Einsteins, has just been picked up for a second season on the Playhouse Disney cable channel.  It also produced hit series for Cartoon Network such as Codename: Kids Next Door and Sheep in the Big City.
