NETBLENDER RELEASES INTERACTIVE HD DVD AUTHORING TOOL

ALEXANDRIA, VA – NetBlender (www.netblender.com) has released DoStudio (DVD One Studio) a subscription-based software application for creating HDi for HD DVD, BD-J for Blu-ray and NetBlender for DVD-ROM. The application has an easy to use visual layout editor and keyframe animation editor, and provides compatibility with the maximum number of set-top and software players.

Graphically driven, the tool handles many tasks visually, therefore users need not be familiar with XPath or Java. It then compiles content to the user’s desired final code for the platform of choice, so users only need to learn one environment to create for three formats.

With DoStudio’s script editor, users get the power and features of a professional IDE, such as code assist and color coordinated text. Code Assist technology provides pops up, context-sensitive hints and options while users are coding.

The Image List manager allows users to manage images for all visual elements and buttons within the application. And Remote Control Assignment features allow users to easily assign remote control keys to visual elements.

Pricing for the tool is $99 a month and system requirements include an 800 MHz Intel Pentium III  processor system, Windows XP, 512 MB of RAM, 1024 x 768, 16-bit display  (32-bit recommended), and 20 MB of available disk space.
