HOUSTON — Ikan (www.ikancorp.com) has released a new, affordable, on-camera monitor. The seven-inch VL7e HDMI monitor features a 1,024x600 resolution LCD panel that provides vibrant colors and good viewing angles.
The VL7e has an HDMI input and output, as well as a composite input. Image flip functionality allows users to position the monitor for optimum viewing. A set of software features provides guides, crosshair, underscan and grids. For users that might be working with drones, the VL7e has a low sensitivity to signal loss, which maintains the display even as the signal weakens. Ikan is offering the VL7e for an MSRP of $330.
