MAGNET MEDIA LAUNCHES INTERNET VIDEO CHANNEL

LAS VEGAS – New York’s Magnet Media unveiled Zoom In Online (www.zoom–in.com) at the National Association of Broadcasters Convention in Las Vegas this week. The new Internet video channel provides the latest information on media and entertainment, and covers leading technologies, people, events and projects in the film, audio and television industries.

The channel is advertiser supported and, in its standard version, is offered for free to users who register at the www.zoom–in.com Web site.

Visitors can check out behind-the-scenes documentaries, video profiles of industry leaders, downloadable pocket tutorials, industry event coverage, streaming video tutorials, podcasts, blogs and more at the site.

Magnet has also released its upcoming calendar for the Internet video channel. Upcoming coverage will include: Podcasts from the Tribeca Film Festival, Siggraph, and IBC shows; a behind-the-scenes look at the Sundance Film Festival; a look at “The Future of Digital Cinema,” with a video profile of Ira Deutchman on Emerging Pictures’ all digital national distribution network; blog postings; video tutorials on topics such as HDV, Flash, Avid and Apple gear; and of course, news on mobile technology from NAB 2006.
