STEVE TOLLEN NAMED MANAGING DIRECTOR OF NYC'S SOUND ONE
 
NEW YORK - Ascent Media Group has named Steven Tollen managing director of its Sound One facility. Tollen will oversee day-to-day activities at the studio, which specializes in audio post for feature films.

Tollen previously served as managing partner of In the Box, a New York brand strategy and marketing consulting firm, where he managed production and post production. He has also help senior positions at Grey Advertising and Wells, Rich, Green.

Sound One (www.soundone.com) has six re-recording studios, two ADR studios, a Foley studio and more than fifty editing suites. It also offers audio and video transfer services and owns one of the largest sound libraries on the East Coast. Credits at the studio include The Good Shepherd, A Prairie Home Companion, Closer and Match Point.
