BLINK DIGITAL AND ASCENT MEDIA DVD JOIN FORCES

SANTA MONICA - Blink Digital and Ascent Media DVD Santa Monica are joining forces to create a comprehensive DVD and interactive services company. Collectively known as Blink Digital, the facilities in both Santa Monica and New York have together produced over 3,000. With this expansion, Blink Digital Santa Monica will be relocating their offices to a new facility that will house over 50 employees.

Blink Digital New York has been a leading DVD authoring house in the Metro since it was established in 2001 by founder Jeff Stabenau. Morgan Holly's Blink Digital Santa Monica, formerly Ascent Media DVD Santa Monica, has held a leading position in the DVD authoring market in Los Angeles since its initial development as Cinram/POP DVD Center in 1997.

"We not only have some of the best talent in the industry, but are established pioneers in our field," says Stabenau, managing director, Blink Digital New York. "Combining that talent with our collective resources will allow us to offer unprecedented coast-to-coast DVD and Interactive services."

"As two of the premier DVD design companies, we see this partnership as the next step in our initiative to establish a company that not only meets the needs of our clients today, but is on the forefront of the evolution of this industry," adds Holly, managing director, Blink Digital Santa Monica. "This company has an incredible creative community and synergy which allows us to create and deliver leading edge services in a progressive market."

Ascent Media Management Service's CFO, Dennis Phillips, will oversee Blink Digital's operations. Blink Digital Santa Monica was responsible for the special feature production on the award-winning, four-disc DVD set, "The Simpson's: The Complete 4th Season" in 2004.
