Most recently, Cole was the supervising and lead colorist for the digital intermediate of King Kong at Jackson's Weta Digital Ltd. in New Zealand. He played an integral role in the creation of the DI infrastructure at Weta, including developing the workflow process and overseeing the software development and look management.
His first DI project at LaserPacific is the independent feature Southland Tales.
