In her new role, Novak will be responsible for all
day-to-day operations, including overseeing production, client relations and
sales. Her career includes more than 10 years in post production, starting with
Interlock Studios, where she worked as an assistant sound engineer and Foley
artist.
In 2002, she joined the NBC series Fear Factor as a post production coordinator and was later
promoted to post production manager and then to post production supervisor. She
has worked on Deal or No Deal for
the past two seasons.
Fish Eggs founder/creative director Chris Roe met Novak
through Deal or No Deal, for which the
studio produced the full stage and post production graphics package.
