Boyd brings with him 10 years of experience in the visual effects market. He's worked on spots that include Guinness' Noitulove and Ford's Esuvee, as well as on the digital spiders featured in the film Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Prior to his time at Framestore-CFC, Boyd worked as the senior technical director at Glassworks. In 2004 he received a Primetime Emmy for Dreamkeeper in the Outstanding Visual Effects for a Mini-series, Movie or Special category. He also received a 2005 MTV Music Awards "Best Music Video" award for his work on Chemical Brothers' Believe.
