MANTRA CONTINUES CMA WORK

Each package was designed to reflect the individual artist or song’s uniqueness, and stereotypes, such as cowboy boots and hats, were avoided.
The Taylor Swift show open, for example, was inspired by a contemporary take on conceptual artist Barbara Kruger’s work. Using Kruger’s signature style of captions set in white on red, Mantra broke up the screens using revolving boxes to reveal significant lyrics that underscored the passion of the performance.
The studio relied on Adobe After Effects and various 3D applications to execute the project, completing the job in just three weeks.
Other segments included performances by the Zac Brown Band, Lady Antebellum, Tim McGraw and Miranda Lambert.
