NAB: MEDIA COMPOSER 5 SUPPORTS RED, QT & RTAS TOOLS

Avid has also added support for realtime audio suite (RTAS) plug-ins, allowing editors to take advantage of the same powerful audio tools that Pro Tools users rely on for reverbs, clean-up and other sound processes.
