CEO/president Simon Broad steps down at Arri Rentals US

SECAUCUS, NJ — After 12 years with Arri Rental in the US, and seven years in the UK prior to that, Simon Broad has decided to take a career break. As such during the first quarter of 2016, he will step down as CEO and president of Arri Rental US.

Under Broad’s guidance, Arri Rental in the US has developed and grown significantly over the past five years: transitioning from analog to digital, relocating from Manhattan to Secaucus, opening new offices in Atlanta and Louisiana, and introducing the Alexa 65 with much success on major productions.

“Simon's influence and unique knowledge of the industry will be missed, but we will take great care to ensure a smooth transition and a successful continuation of business following his departure,” says Martin Cayzer, chief executive. “I will move into the role of US Rental CEO along with my current responsibilities of worldwide Arri Rental CEO. We have a passionate and talented management team in the US that I will continue to work closely with. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me directly at mcayzer@arrirental.co.uk. Please join me in wishing Simon the very best for his onward journey.”
