DAVIE, FL — Systems integrator CIS Group Corporation has appointed Matt Silva as director of corporate development. He will be based in the company’s new New York City office and will work to further develop the company’s presence domestically.
Headquartered in Davie, FL, CIS has offices in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo), New York, California and Portugal, serving markets globally. The company designs workflows and integrates systems based on the technology of manufacturers like Avid Technology, Adobe, Glookast, Sony, Object Matrix, Cantemo, Harmonic, Quantum, Dell, HP, Cisco, SGL, Calrec, DAD, Magma, Waves and Wohler.
Silva joins CIS from Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking Department, where he worked in the financial sponsors group. Prior to Credit Suisse, he worked in Citigroup’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Silva holds a Bachelor of Science from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, where he double majored in Finance and Economics, in addition to minoring in Business of Entertainment, Media and Technology.
