NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — Megatrax (https://www.megatrax.com) is using awards season to call attention to a number of tracks the independent production music library has placed within Oscar and Golden Globe Award-nominated movies and TV shows.
Four prominent films currently nominated for upcoming Academy Awards feature tracks from Megatrax. Films with placements include The Trial of the Chicago 7 (“Choral Risers” from album “X-Factor 4”); Pieces of a Woman (sound design track); Soul (sound design track) and Mulan (sound design track).
In addition, Megatrax also recently placed tracks within films, TV shows and trailers promoting shows nominated for 2021 Golden Globe Awards. These placements included The Trial of the Chicago 7
(“Choral Risers” from “X-Factor 4”); The Flight Attendant (“Easy to Say” from “Asian Pop”); Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist (“Puppet on a String” from “Retro Soul and Others”) and The Mandalorian (“Crushing Gravity” from “Singularity”).
