MONTREAL — Rodeo FX (www.rodeofx.com) has hired Véronique Hébert as vice president of human resources. She previously led the Montreal HR operation at competitor Framestore. Hébert comes with a high-retention track record at various stages of a company’s growth, and will ensure the ambitions for HR fit with the overall ambition for the company.
With Rodeo’s decision makers in Montreal, Hébert will have the capacity to influence and impact the course of the company’s short- and long-term future. This is important to the executive team at Rodeo, which is now facing the business realities of having big shows on deck and even bigger goals. With major production delays now catching up to Hollywood studios, a windfall of work is coming to Rodeo FX in the near future. Keeping and attracting key talent requires strategic leadership, which is where Hébert comes in.
”Rodeo has amazing artists, produces high quality work and I want to make sure we are taking care of our people,” she explains. “Our focus will be on building good attraction and retention strategies. And of course, work on supporting the dreams of the managers and leaders. I’m really excited to be working for a company that originated in Québec and keeps its headquarters here!”
