Camp Lucky hires Flame artist Laychin Lee

DALLAS — Camp Lucky (www.camp-lucky.com) recently welcomed Flame artist Laychin Lee to the creative post and production studio. She has contributed CG, VFX and finishing services to projects for Frito Lay, Ram, Home Depot and Acura, as well as for Katy Perry’s Fireworks music video.

Lee grew up in Malaysia, where she created animation and dreamed of moving to the US to work on feature films. She first landed in Houston, where she began building what was to become a career as Flame artist, and later moved to ReelFX Dallas, where she was recognized for her creative eye and ability to bring a dynamic sense of realism to the screen.

"Since my first introduction to Camp Lucky, I have appreciated the experience and camaraderie of the team,” says Lee. “Ultimately, it is the combination of company leadership and the collaborative atmosphere of Camp Lucky that makes it an environment that supports both the artist and client as partners in the creative process - and a right fit for me.”

“Laychin is a powerhouse talent and adds a depth to our team that is unparalleled,” says Camp Lucky partner Tim Nagle. “We are so excited to have her in the Camp, and can’t wait to see what we create together.”
