LOS ANGELES - MTI Film (mtifilm.com) recently announced the acquisition of Flow Post Partners (flowpostpartners.com) in Vancouver, BC - a strategic move that strengthens the company's presence in a key production market and while expanding its post production services for studio clients.
MTI Film is a full service post production facility that also develops software tools that can be licensed for dailies and restoration. Flow offers a comprehensive suite of services, including dailies, remote Avid editorial, online and color correction services for episodic television and feature films. The company is currently working on two feature film projects: One Mile and
One More Mile (Kapital Entertainment/ Republic Pictures). In addition, the facility has completed dailies services for
Laid,
Death and Other Details and
A Million Little Things.
Colorist Lionel Barton supervised all color correction, with director of operations Joshua Stade supervising technical services, and managing director Alex Tkach acting as client liaison. Vancouver veteran post executive Don Thompson recently joined the team to help strategize on business development, client engagement and industry relations.
