TOKYO, JAPAN - Wacom (wacom.com) has introduced the MovinkPad Pro 14, the next step in its Portable Creative Pad lineup. Available this Fall, the 14-inch OLED device offers 2,880x1,800 resolution, 100 percent coverage of both DCI-P3 and sRGB, and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
Wacom’s premium textured glass is an anti-glare, anti-reflection and anti-fingerprint surface. Direct bonding reduces parallax for a pen-on-paper feel. The Pro Pen 3 is a slim stylus offering 8K levels of pressure and 60 degrees of tilt sensitivity. It is battery free and can be used by both left- and right-handed artists.
Inside the MovinkPad Pro 14 is a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 mobile processor for GPU-accelerated rendering, along with 12GBs of RAM and 256GBs of flash memory that can be expanded via an SD card. The Pro Pen 3 has a nib holder built in and includes three nibs. An included USB type-C cable allows users to connect to a laptop or workstation.
MovinkPad Pro 14 is priced at $899.95 and comes with a 24-month warranty.
