International VFX: Colour posts 'Voces Anonimas'

MONTEVIDEO, URAGUAY — Colour (www.colour-studio.com) is currently providing visual effects services for the sci-fi series Voces Anonimas. The studio is providing DI and color grading for the program, which airs in October.

Colour worked closely with VFX artist Juan Curcho to create the program’s underworld setting. VFX and some of the composition was performed by Curcho using Adobe After Effects. The studio performed first light correction using Assimilate’s Scratch system. Scratch was also used to conform different layers and mattes.

Sebastian Dubé serves as editor and post coordinator on the show, working on an Avid system. Colour is home to an Apple Mac Pro-based workflow.
