Outlook: Standing out in a landscape of AI sameness

In response to the influx of AI tools that we saw in 2025, some of which bled into the music sphere, I think the demand for bespoke, human-crafted compositions will increase in 2026.

Custom music still offers brands a sense of authenticity, originality and emotional specificity that algorithms can’t replicate. The success of artists like Lily Allen and Rosalia, whose 2025 releases are raw, emotional and human, helps demonstrate this demand. I believe custom music will become a highlight and key differentiator to help brands connect with their audiences and stand out from the landscape of AI sameness.
