ANIMATION DIRECTOR PAUL GRIFFIN JOINS CAFEFX

SANTA MARIA, CA - Veteran animator/animation supervisor Paul Griffin has joined CafeFX (www.cafefx.com), a division of the ComputerCafe Group, as animation director. Griffin comes to CafeFX with extensive feature film, television and commercial credentials, having held positions at Industrial Light and Magic and, recently, Weta, where worked on "The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King." There, he was also involved in pre-production for the remake of "King Kong."
At ILM, Griffin provided animation for commercials, including a Cleo-winning Superbowl spot for the GM EV1, and for the feature films "Jurassic Park 3," "Magnolia," "Deep Blue Sea," "The Mummy Returns" and "Star Wars: Episode 1" and "2". |
