June 2, 2005
VALENCIA, CA - Cintel International, the maker of film scanning and image manipulation equipment, has appointed Antony Collins chief executive officer. Collins brings with him over 20 years experience as an executive and advisor, most recently with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Alvarez & Marsal. He assumes responsibility for all operational matters.

Collins joins Cintel at an exciting time for the company, which recently unveiled Ditto, a versatile CCD scanner suitable for all applications from high-end DI and special effects through to archiving and restoration.

Marisa Giles, Cintel's COO, will head up the sales, marketing and customer facing teams, and will focus her attention on Cintel's DI proposition.

Adam Welsh, formerly managing director, leaves the company to pursue other avenues within the industry.
