Prior to his return to kaboom, Dickerson was at XRay and Merge@Crossroads, the latter of which will continue to represent the director in the music video arena. Dickerson was previously on the Kaboom director roster from 2000-2002, during which time he directed a spot for the SF Jazz Festival that became one of the most honored commercials in 2001, garnering a Cannes Gold Lion, an Addy award, as well as honors from AICP and D&AD, among others.
