LA FILM SCHOOL ADDS SONICFIRE PRO FOR SOUNDTRACK CREATION

"SmartSound's unique approach to music scoring along with its impressive music library makes it an ideal fit for our student filmmakers," says Patrick Olmstead, VP of operations for the Los Angeles Film School. "Students can quickly create a professional-quality score for their productions by using Sonicfire Pro 4.5 while learning how to use a product that is quickly becoming an industry standard in post-production."

SmartSound's (www.smartsound.com) music and technology has been used on projects for HGTV, The History Channel, The Food Network, Speed Channel and PBS. The company is also integrating or bundling it with video editing software from companies such as Avid, Ulead and CyberLink.
