MIAMI — Full-service post house 2150, which specializes in editorial/finishing, visual effects, shoot supervision and audio post, has added film editor Alejandro Santangelo to its staff. An early Avid user in Latin America, Santangelo is known for his work in both the Hispanic and general markets.

Argentinean-born and raised, Santangelo began his career as creative editor and post production supervisor for the Argentina office of Flehner Films. There, he edited spots for Kodak, IBM and Ford among many others. In 1998 he joined Metrovision, Argentina, as post production director, and it was there he had the opportunity to work as an assistant editor on the 2002 feature Assassination Tango, which was written, directed and starred actor Robert Duvall. The feature was executive produced by Francis Ford Coppola.

More recently, Santangelo has edited spots for Coca-Cola, McDonalds, Heineken, Axe, Renault and Subway.
