Codex prepares Vault for shipping

LAS VEGAS - Codex is at NAB with its Vault solution, which it plans on shipping within the next few weeks. Vault is a media management solution that can be used on set to back up camera files as well as to create files for post production workflows. Vault supports Arri's Alexa, Canon's C300 and C500, and Sony's RF65 and F3 cameras.
The system can back up camera footage, check the media and perform transcoding for editorial purposes. A base system will be priced at $20K. Internal storage and LTO back up can be added for $10K each bringing a fully loaded system to $40K. |
