Hornet launches sister company, digital studio Bossa

NEW YORK — Digital production company Bossa (www.LetsBossa.com) has launched in New York City, marking a partnership between Andrezza Valentin, Hans Weiss, and Hornet. Located in SoHo, Bossa draws its roots from Brazilian pop culture, and will work to tell brand stories “with a little swagger.”

“Hornet has been keen to enter into the digital space, but we did not want to simply create a digital division within the company,” explains Hornet partner Michael Feder. “To give this effort the best opportunity to succeed, we sought out new partners/owners to create a digital sister company with its own name and its own brand. We are happy to have found partners like Andrezza and Hans to steer this new company.”

Andrezza Valentin, formerly a creative director at B-Reel, will serve as Bossa’s creative director. She began her career as a visual artist and later transitioned into advertising. She brings high-end design and creative excellence to the venture. Hans Weiss will serve as Bossa’s executive producer. He was previously director of digital production at Havas Digital and has over 10 years of experience in software design, software engineering and digital advertising production.

Bossa will have the full support of sister company Hornet through its roster of mixed media directors, infrastructure, and production experience. Additionally, Bossa will collaborate with other live action and production companies when needed.
