BURBANK — This month’s Editors' Lounge (www.editorslounge.com) will feature demos by Red Giant, Intelligent Assistance and AIRware. The event will be held at AlphaDogs (www.alphadogs.tv) in Burbank on February 24, and is designed to serve as a place where pros can exchange ideas, discuss trends and learn about new technologies.

Philip Hodgetts with Intelligent Assistance (www.intelligentassistance.com) will reveal a brand-new trio of software products: 7toX for Final Cut Pro, Xto7 for Final Cut Pro, and Event Manager X. These tools can help editors move a project from FCP 7 to FCP X (or vice versa).

Red Giant Software (www.redgiantsoftware.com) will demo the latest version of its Magic Bullet Suite 11, which now features support for Avid Media Composer 6 and FCP X 10.0.3. Magic Bullet Suite is a collection of eight powerful toolsets for color correction, frame rate conversion, HD up-conversion and other processes.

And AIRware Technology (www.userairware.com) will show AIRship, a solution for securely delivering data anywhere in the world without dedicated servers or exorbitant contracts. The solutin is platform agnostic and automatically resumes interrupted sessions.
