Emmy-winning mixer Dan Walsh joins Hyperbolic Audio

NEW YORK — Dan Walsh recently joined Hyperbolic Audio in NYC as senior audio engineer. Since 2001, Walsh has worked as a lead mixer for some of New York’s top post facilities, including Tonic, North 40 Music, and most recently, Penny Lane Studios.

Walsh’s credits include commercial mixes for BMW, L'Oreal, McDonald’s, Allstate, GMC, Pepsi, CBS, Toyota, Verizon, Subway, and Mazda. He’s also worked on reality series and promos for HGTV, AMC, TV Land, and WE. On the long-form side, Walsh has contributed to Animal Planet’s Call of the Wildman, Discovery’s Doomsday Castle, and the PBS children’s series SeeMore’s Playhouse.  

He is also an Emmy winner, having been recognized for his work on Five Years of YES.
