The-Artery adds two VFX veterans

NEW YORK CITY — The-Artery (https://www.the-artery.com) continues to grow its roster of storytellers and technologists with the recent addition of Elad Offer, who joins the creative studio as ECD/head of 2D, and VFX supervisor/director Yuval Levy.

Offer brings over 20 years experience as a visual effects supervisor, producer and Flame artist to The-Artery. The creative VFX veteran has played an integral role in creating content for leading brands that include Apple and Microsoft while working at advertising agencies and VFX houses like The Mill, Method/Company 3 and Framestore. His career includes work on the feature films Pearl Harbor, Moulin Rouge and Get Smart, as well as on music videos for Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, Missy Elliot and Britney Spears. He was also part of the MTV Video Music Award-winning team for Outkast’s Hey Ya.

Levy boasts two decades of VFX experience of his own, spending half that period moving up the ranks at Gravity New York (formerly RhinoFX), where, over time, he served as CG supervisor/head of CG, VFX/digital supervisor and creative director. Along the way, he lent his talents to multiple feature films, including Universal Pictures’ The Adjustment Bureau, Columbia Pictures’ The Other Guys and Warner Bros.’ Crazy Stupid Love. On the advertising side, Levy made his mark with the long-running Ford F-150 campaign, which he designed, directed and supervised. Other high-profile work includes projects for BMW, Mercedes and Coca-Cola. He also spent five years in Toronto, supervising commercials and documentary films for National Geographic and The History Channel.

With their arrival at The-Artery, Offer and Levy will each play a pivotal role in advancing the studio’s mission to spearhead tech innovation and influence.
